TASK ORDER NO. 35- AMENDMENT A
CONSULTING SERVICES
This Amendment A to Task Order No. 35 is made and entered into as of the 8th day of May, 2026 by and between South
Tahoe Public Utility District, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants hereinafter referred to
as "CONSULTANT".
In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions as addressed in the Master Agreement dated April 6,
2022 and as specifically hereinafter set forth, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
l. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Amendment A to Task Order No. 35 is to authorize and direct CONSULTANT to provide
additional professional support services and time needed to prepare the Districts’ 2025 update to the wastewater
treatment plant Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan update.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
Prepare 2025 update to the wastewater treatment plant Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)
Plan which includes a new emergency generator with diesel fuel tank. The work assumes that we have all
working files to provide the consultant from the previous version (word documents and drawings).
3. STAFFING
Staffing will be under the direction of Project Manager Sachi Itagaki, P.E. CONSULTANT shall not change
staffing without approval by DISTRICT. Any changes shall provide for equivalent qualifications as far as possible
and practical.
4. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
Tasks for this Amendment A to Task Order No. 35 shall commence upon execution by both parties and will be
completed on or before June 30, 2026, unless otherwise directed by the DISTRICT. The original completion date
for Task Order No. 35 was March 31, 2026.
5. PAYMENT
The cost ceiling for this Amendment A Task Order No. 35 shall be Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2500.00), increasing Task Order No. 35 from Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400) to Six Thousand
Nine Hundred Dollars ($6,900). This amount shall not be exceeded except as provided in Article IV of the Master
Agreement.
6. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Task Order No. 35 shall be in effect upon acceptance and execution of same by all parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement executed by the General Manager and Clerk of the Board of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, and CONSULTANT, has caused this Agreement to be executed the day and year first above written.
