KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS
TASK ORDER NO. 35
CONSULTING SERVICES
This Task Order is made and entered into as of the _____ day of December, 2025 by and between South Tahoe Public
Utility District, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants hereinafter referred to as
"CONSULTANT".
In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions as addressed in the Master Agreement dated April 6,
2022 and as specifically hereinafter set forth, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
l. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Task Order No. 35 is to authorize and direct CONSULTANT to provide professional support
services to prepare the Districts’ 2025 update to the wastewater treatment plant Spill Prevention, Control and
Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan update.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
Prepare 2025 update to the wastewater treatment plant Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)
Plan which includes a new emergency generator with diesel fuel tank. The work assumes that we have all
working files to provide the consultant from the previous version (word documents and drawings).
3. STAFFING
Staffing will be under the direction of Project Manager Sachi Itagaki, P.E . CONSULTANT shall not change
staffing without approval by DISTRICT. Any changes shall provide for equivalent qualifications as far as possible
and practical.
4. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
Tasks commenced on December 18, 2025, upon verbal Notice to Proceed issued by DISTRICT Staff, and will be
completed on or before March 31, 2026, unless otherwise directed by the DISTRICT.
5. PAYMENT
The cost ceiling for this Task Order No. 35 shall be Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400). This amount
shall not be exceeded except as provided in Article IV of the Master Agreement.
6. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Task Order No. 35 shall be in effect upon acceptance and execution of same by all parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement executed by the General Manager and Clerk of the Board of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, and CONSULTANT, has caused this Agreement to be executed the day and year first above written.
