AMENDMENT A TO TASK ORDER NO. 2
CONSULTING SERVICES
This Task Order is made and entered into as of the 3rd day of February 2026 by and between South Tahoe Public Utility
District, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" and Stantec hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT".
In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions as addressed in the Master Agreement dated April 2,
2025, and as specifically hereinafter set forth, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
l. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Amendment A to Task Order No. 2 is to increase the cost ceiling and extend the completion
date identified in Task Order No. 2 for additional professional services needed to address the Level 2 ERA
Technical Report due one year from SMARTS submittal date. The rest of Task Order No. 2 remains in full force
and effect and authorizes and directs CONSULTANT to provide environmental consulting services to update the
District’s Operational Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and to support implementation of the
SWPP and associated compliance efforts.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
A full description of the additional scope of services is contained in CONSULTANT’s written proposal dated
January 27, 2026. Said proposal is attached hereto as Exhibit A and as such incorporated therein.
3. STAFFING
Staffing will be under the direction of Melanie Greene (AICP, CPESC, QSD/QSP) Project Manager; Julia Beals
(QISP), SWPP Developer. CONSULTANT shall not change staffing without approval by DISTRICT. Any changes
shall provide for equivalent qualifications as far as possible and practical.
4. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
All services for Task Order No. 2 (2 et seq.) commenced on June 2, 2025. This Amendment A to Task Order No.
2 extends the completion date of this Task Order (Nos. 2 and 2A) to February 28, 2027, unless otherwise
directed by the DISTRICT.
5. PAYMENT
Payment to CONSULTANT for services performed under this Amendment A to Task Order No. 2 shall be in
accordance with CONSULTANT's Proposed Budget and Rate Sheet (attached as part of Exhibit A) for the person
assigned to the project tasks. The cost ceiling for this Amendment A to Task Order No. 2 shall be Nine Thousand
Four Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars and Zero Cents ($9,453.00). This amount shall not be exceeded except as
provided in Article IV of the Master Agreement.
6. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Amendment A to Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect upon acceptance and execution of same by all parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement executed by the General Manager and Clerk of the Board of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, and CONSULTANT, has caused this Agreement to be executed the day and year first above written.
