A careful review and analysis of the two lowest responsive and responsible bids identified only minor deviations. Express Sewer & Drain, Inc. is the apparent low responsive and responsible bidder. Staff was able to verify the correct entity name and confirm that the contractor is properly registered and licensed with both agencies.
