The estimated labor hours are one-hundred eight-eight (188). We are available after Notice to Proceed to complete the project within the estimated time frame (early October) provided notice to proceed being issued August 20,2021. Staffing resources will be provided from both our Reno and Sacramento offices. 1. Surveying&MappingServices 1.1. Control Survey Wood Rodgers will establish and measure a survey control network for the project site.The horizontal control shall be based on published data provided by National Geodetic Survey and the North American Datum of 198 (NAD 3), California Zone 11. The vertical control shall be based on published data provided by the National Geodetic Survey and the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 ( AVD 88). In addition to establishing primary GPS control points, temporary control points will be established every 1,000 LF and control coordinate information will be included with deliverables. 1.2. Right-Of-Way Mapping Mood Rodgers will perform right-of-way mapping for the project site. Wood Rodgers will locate record monuments and use record information such as record reaps,deeds,and title documentation for the project site and adjacent parcels to determine the location of the existing right-of-ways. This will also include the record street centerline,existing easement,and lot information, No monuments will be seta Existing fences will be located and related to the common property lines.We will analyze calculated and measured distances and compare them to record data. All record easements identified on a current preliminary title report will e plotted that are adjacent to road RWe (Assumed Preliminary Title Reports and all referenced information is provided by the client) 1®3m Topographic Survey Wood Rodgers will provide a topographic survey for the project site.An aerial survey will be utilized to collect aerial imagery and HDAR data.One(1)foot contour intervals will be generated from the bare earth classified LIIDAR data. A 3D TIN surface will be provided as a Civil 3D drawing file (DWG), Existing conditions and 2D planimetric features shall be located and will include but not be limited to: Existing sidewalk,curb and gutter,center and fog;lines,trees(B"dbh or greater),brush and vegetation areas(50 ftz or greater),bushes larger than 3`diameter within 5'of water service shut off valve box or water meter,bear boxes/trash enclosures,boulders(include approximate diameter), rock slope protection,fences,edge of pavement(including roadway and EXHIBIT Herbert Walkup Waterline Survey August 6,2021 Page 2 of S driveways),dirt trails and all visible above ground surface features and all utilities,within an extending 5' behind the Right-of-Way along all streets within the project area. Existing water service valves and meters,even if located outside oft e right-of-way. Show all existing fire hydrants. • Rim and all invert elevations of sewer/storm sewer/storm drain main in each direction andspecify pipe size in all manholes,catch basins and inlets.Include inner diameter or dimensions for each structure. Provide a utility detail sheet for each structure. • Locate any Underground Service Alert(USA) underground utility mark outs and evidence of recent trench locations such as newly installed Natural Gas,Traffic Signal Loops,Electrical, Telephone,or TV Cable utilities. Locate all overhead utility poles and guy`wires,power vaults,transformers,and above ground cabinets, private power features or lighting within 5 feet outside of right of way, Street Aress's for parcels on both sides oft e subject streets. Project accuracy ill conform to general accepted professional specifications established by the ASP S Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data(2014). Client will be responsible to coordinate the Underground Service Ale (USA) request for underground utility ark outs and evidence of recent trench locations such as newly installed Traffic Signal Loops, Electrical, Telephone or TV Cable utilities, prior to commencement of field survey activities. S eclal Conditions or Items needed: • The Client shall be responsible for preparing and providing any documents that permit the right of entry onto public property needed to facilitate the requested survey. • The Client will be responsible to coordinate the Underground Service Alert(USA)request for underground utility mark outs and evidence of recent trench locations such as newly installed Traffic Signal Loops, Electrical,Telephone or TV Cable utilities, prior to commencement of field survey activities. • The Client will provide current Preliminary Title Reports and all title exceptions and record maps.
