NOTICE TO PROCEED
TO: GREG DRILLING, LLC
PROJECT: 2025 TEST WELL PROJECT
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CONSTRUCTION
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT: $1,475,452.00
You are hereby notified to commence work on the referenced contract on August 13, 2025, and shall fully complete
all of the work on said contract within two hundred fifty (250) calendar days. Your completion date is, therefore, April
20, 2026
The Contract provides for intermediate milestones as specifically set forth in Section 00 72 00 General Conditions,
Part 2.04.B.1-2 of the contract documents, and Liquidated Damages have been identified in Section 00 72 00
General Conditions, Part 2.04.D if Contractor fails to meet milestones and deadlines.
1. Intermediate Milestone 1: Construction of the Tanglewood Well shall be complete and ready for testing prior to
September 15, 2025.
2. Intermediate Milestone 2: Construction of the Cattlemans Well shall be complete and ready for testing prior to
October 15, 2025
Pursuant to the provisions under Liquidated Damages in Section 01 35 00, Special Procedures, of these Contract
Documents, one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) shall be the amount of liquidated damages for every day of delay in
the completion of earthwork -related activities. One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) shall be the amount of liquidated
damages for every day of delay in the completion of the Work.
