The initial inventory provided by STPUD to the State identified ALL
services as "unknown". Please walk us through your approach to
digesting available data to build our initial inventory and to developing
the workplan and replacement plan to bring us into compliance. Please
discuss your methods to support completion of the baseline survey by
2027. You are encouraged to demonstrate examples of public interface
and data entry tools you have developed for other utilities. We ask that
your assigned project manager (and STPUD's primary contact for the
project) make at least half the presentation.
Truepani Name:____________
Score: ____________
Presentation focus topics:
a. Overview of overall approach
b. Digesting Data
c. Workplan and Replacement Plan Compliance
d. Sample Tools
e. PM Communication Style

Prepared Questions:
1. How would you define success for this project and what factors does your team feel are critical
to the success of the project? Based on what you know right now, what do you think is the
biggest challenge to success?
2. The District is concerned that it is currently non‐compliant because it turned in an inventory
with all line "unknown". Are you also concerned? How does this impact, if at all, the approach
that you have proposed?
3. How do you plan to integrate this inventory tool with our existing Enterprise software (both on‐
prem and cloud‐based)? Feel free to be detailed (some of us will understand you).
4. What is your experience and approach to helping the District identify the number of private side
service lines that exist beyond the meter?
5. The RFP directed you to assume that only 10% of our services have been field verified to date. If
the actual % is more or less, how will that affect your approach and efficiencies?
6. How are you helping your clients identify the presence and material of connectors to meet the
2027 Baseline Inventory Deadline?
7. Please discuss the level and type of support you expect to need from District's staff to complete
the project scope.
